Mr. Kipke is from Greensboro, North Carolina. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his J.D., cum laude, from Wake Forest University School of Law. While attending Wake Forest he was a member of the Wake Forest University Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. Mr. Kipke is admitted to the North Carolina Bar and is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association.
Chandler W. Rose - Shareholder
Mr. Rose was born and raised in Burlington, North Carolina. He earned undergraduate degrees in both Criminology and Psychology from The Florida State University. He then returned to North Carolina where he earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. While at Wake Forest, Mr. Rose served as Marshall for the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Mr. Rose is admitted to the North Carolina Bar and is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association.
D. Austin Ribelin - Associate Attorney
Mr. Ribelin is from Salisbury, North Carolina. He earned his undergraduate degree in International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his J.D. from Elon University School of Law. Prior to law school, Mr. Ribelin was involved in an entrepreneurial venture in Mexico where he gained valuable international business experience and honed his Spanish language skills. Mr. Ribelin is admitted to the North Carolina Bar and is a member of the North Carolina and American Bar Associations.
S. Fay Bass - Office Manager/Closing Specialist
Mrs. Bass is from Wilmington, North Carolina and has lived in Brunswick County for fifteen years. During her career, she has assisted in the closing of well over $500 million worth of real estate. In addition to her law office experience, Mrs. Bass previously worked for the Brunswick County Board of Realtors and is a licensed real estate broker. Mrs. Bass brings invaluable insight and experience to every real estate transaction.
